new delhi: the dda has extended the penalty relief scheme from march 31 to april 30 for allottees who defaulted on instalments for various housing schemes. this has been done because of the large number of holidays in march. the scheme was launched in october 2001 to enable allottees to clear delayed instalments with 13 per cent interest. the scheme was applicable to all general housing schemes provided that the person cleared all dues including balance instalments.
